The phrase "financial freedom" has several definitions;it means different things to different people.
There is one great definition of financial freedom which I love so much,please permit me to use it on this post.A person becomes financially free when the return on his or her annual investment(ROI) can take care of his or her annual bills.Or put it this way-when the child or interest of your annual investment is enough to handle or take care of your annual bills,then you're said to be financially free.
Becoming financially free is the dream of most people,but the tragedy is that, only very few people ever become financially independent in their lifetime. Financial freedom is not a function of intellectual prowess neither is it determined by a person's talents and gifts;what you earn does not determine whether you'll be financially independent or not.
Experts have always maintained that -financial education is a prerequisite for attaining the goal of becoming financially free.
As part of financial education,I want to remind you of three key areas that matters a lot in the school of financial Independence;your mastery of these areas is a must for attaining the goal of financial freedom.
Here are the three areas:Spending,Savings and Retirement.
